Montana Mule Deer Unit 270 and 261 are two of the premiere trophy mule deer hunting units in Montana. While drawing a tag for these two area's is challenging it isn’t impossible the dream of hunting a trophy mule deer in the Bitterroot's becomes a reality for a handful of hunters each year.
